The Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences was founded in 1993 with the constitution of the university.
We offer master’s degree studies in the fields of:

• Engineering: Biomedical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Food Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Renewable Energy Systems,
• Multidisciplinary Areas: Computer, Occupational Safety (Without Thesis, Evening Education), Internet and Information Technology Management (Distance Learning), and Nanoscience and Nanotechnology.
We offer Doctoral degree studies in the fields of:
• Doctorate (PhD) programs: Physics, Food Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mathematics, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Molecular Biology and Genetics, Automotive Engineering, and Geological Engineering.
In our Graduate School, we have a total of 789 students including 548 master’s degree with thesis, 128 master’s degree without thesis, and 113 Doctoral degree students as of 2019. From the year of its establishment to May 2019, totally 2.681 students graduated and there were 74 doctoral degrees, 1.401 master’s degrees with thesis, and 1.196 master’s degrees without thesis.
