GİZLİLİK POLİTİKASI
- Amaç
Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Afyon Kocatepe Üniversitesi tarafından geliştirilen mobil uygulamaların kullanımı sırasında kullanıcı gizliliğinin korunmasına ilişkin esasları belirlemek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.
- Kapsam
Bu politika, Afyon Kocatepe Üniversitesi’ne ait olup Google Play Store ve Apple App Store üzerinden yayınlanan tüm mobil uygulamaları kapsar.
- Veri Kullanımı
3.1. Toplanan Veriler
Afyon Kocatepe Mobil uygulaması, kullanıcıdan doğrudan kişisel veri talep etmez ve kullanıcıya ait kişisel verileri sistematik olarak toplamaz.
Ancak aşağıdaki durumlarda sınırlı veri kullanılabilir:
Yerleşke haritası hizmeti kapsamında cihaz konum bilgisi, yalnızca anlık olarak kullanılabilir.
Bu veriler kalıcı olarak saklanmaz ve depolanmaz. Uygulama, Afyon Kocatepe Üniversitesi Bilgi Yönetim Sistemi (Pusula) ile entegre çalışabilir.
3.2. Verilerin Kullanım Amacı
Elde edilen sınırlı veriler yalnızca; uygulama fonksiyonlarını sağlamak ve kullanıcı deneyimini iyileştirmek amacıyla kullanılır.
3.3. Verilerin Paylaşımı
Kullanıcıya ait hiçbir veri: Üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz, ticari amaçla kullanılmaz, satılmaz veya kiralanmaz.
- Uygulama İzinleri
4.1. Kullanıcı Onayı
Uygulamanın yüklenmesi ve kullanılması ile birlikte kullanıcı, bu gizlilik politikasını kabul etmiş sayılır.
4.2. Depolama İzni
Uygulama, cihaz üzerinde gerekli teknik verileri saklayabilir. Bu veriler kullanıcıya ait kişisel veri içermez.
4.3. Kamera İzni
Uygulama kamera erişimi talep etmez.
4.4. Konum İzni
Konum izni: Yerleşke haritası navigasyon hizmeti sırasında cihazınızdan alınan konum bilgileri, yalnızca size anlık yönlendirme yapabilmek amacıyla kullanılır. Bu veriler hiçbir şekilde sunucularımızda kaydedilmez, depolanmaz veya üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz. Uygulamadan çıktığınız anda konum verisi işleme süreci tamamen sonlandırılır.
4.5. Bildirim İzni (Push Notifications)
Kullanıcılara anlık bildirim göndermek için kullanılır. Kullanıcı isteği dışında veri aktarımı yapılmaz.
- Veri Güvenliği
Afyon Kocatepe Üniversitesi, kullanıcı verilerinin güvenliğini sağlamak için gerekli teknik ve idari tedbirleri almaktadır.
- Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları
Uygulama içerisindeki tüm içerikler (tasarım, yazılım, metin, görseller vb.) Afyon Kocatepe Üniversitesi’ne aittir. İzinsiz kullanımı ilgili mevzuat kapsamında hukuki sorumluluk doğurur.
- Yaptırımlar
Bu politikaya aykırı kullanım durumunda ilgili yasal mevzuat ve kurum disiplin hükümleri uygulanır.
- Politika Değişiklikleri
Afyon Kocatepe Üniversitesi, bu gizlilik politikasını gerekli gördüğü durumlarda güncelleme hakkını saklı tutar. Güncellemeler uygulama üzerinden veya ilgili platformlar aracılığıyla duyurulur.

PRİVACY POLİCY
- Purpose
This Privacy Policy has been prepared to determine the principles regarding the protection of user privacy during the use of mobile applications developed by Afyon Kocatepe University.
- Scope
This policy covers all mobile applications belonging to Afyon Kocatepe University and published on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Data Usage
3.1. Collected Data
The Afyon Kocatepe Mobile application does not directly request personal data from the user and does not systematically collect personal data belonging to the user. However, limited data may be used in the following cases:
Device location information within the scope of the campus map service may only be used in real-time.
This data is not permanently stored or archived. The application may work integrated with the Afyon Kocatepe University Information Management System (Pusula).
3.2. Purpose of Data Use
The limited data obtained is used only to provide application functions and improve user experience.
3.3. Sharing Data
No user data: is shared with third parties, is used for commercial purposes, is sold or rented. 4. Application Permissions
4.1. User Consent
By installing and using the application, the user is deemed to have accepted this privacy policy.
4.2. Storage Permission
The application may store necessary technical data on the device. This data does not contain personal data belonging to the user.
4.3. Camera Permission
The application does not request camera access.
4.4. Location Permission
Location permission: Location information obtained from your device during campus map navigation service is used only to provide you with real-time directions. This data is never recorded, stored on our servers, or shared with third parties. The location data processing process is completely terminated as soon as you exit the application.
4.5. Notification Permission (Push Notifications)
Used to send instant notifications to users. No data transfer is made without the user’s request.
- Data Security
Afyon Kocatepe University takes the necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of user data. 6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content within the application (design, software, text, images, etc.) belongs to Afyon Kocatepe University. Unauthorized use will result in legal liability under relevant legislation.
- Sanctions
In case of use contrary to this policy, relevant legal legislation and institutional disciplinary provisions will be applied.
- Policy Changes
Afyon Kocatepe University reserves the right to update this privacy policy when deemed necessary. Updates will be announced through the application or relevant platforms.
